PATRON MEMBER
Any person paying an amount as may be fixed by Managing Committee from time to time in one lump sum and whose application is approved by the Managing Committee shall be deemed to be a Patron Member.
LIFE MEMBER
Any person paying an amount as may be fixed by Managing Committee from time to time in one lump sum and whose application is approved by the Managing Committee shall be deemed to be a Life Member.
ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP
Any person paying the monthly subscription of an amount, admission fees of an amount and deposit of an amount as may be fixed by Managing Committee from time to time and whose application is approved by the Managing Committee shall be deemed to be an Ordinary Member. An Ordinary Member will have any voting right in the Gymkhana election process.
HONORARY MEMBERSHIP
The Managing Committee may admit as an Honorary Member of the Gymkhana, any person rendering/ rendered valuable exemplary services or achieving extraordinary distinction in the field of sports or who is a special use to the Gymkhana in the fulfillment of its objectives. Such a member shall not be required to pay any membership fees.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
A Student, who has not completed 21 years and who is a good player in the opinion of the Managing Committee in any of the games conducted by the Gymkhana and who is recommended by the head of educational institute, may be admitted as a Student Member of Gymkhana for one year at half of the Ordinary Membership fees.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Any company constituted under the Indian Companies act or a Partnership firm or an institution (Educational or otherwise) may become Corporate Member of the Gymkhana on payment of an amount for one person and an amount for two more persons of such body for the period of 5 years from the date of joining on the approval of Managing Committee.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER
Any person paying the monthly subscription of an amount, admission fees of an amount and deposit of an amount as may be fixed by Managing Committee from time to time and whose application is approved by the Managing Committee shall be deemed to be an Associate Member. An Associate Member shall be admitted for the period of three years from the date of admission. An Associate Member will not have any voting right in the Gymkhana election process.
DIGNITARY MEMBER
The Managing Committee may admit temporarily persons holding important public offices as a Dignitary Member of the Gymkhana without payment of admission, deposit and monthly subscription. The said facility will continue as long as such a person continues to hold the said office or at the discretion of the Managing Committee till such period the committee thinks is advisable.
SPECIAL PLAYING MEMBERSHIP
The Managing Committee may enroll any sportsman, who has represented the university or the state or the country in any sport, as a Special Member for such a department of that game subject to annual renewal. Special Playing Member shall not be required to pay any admission fee, monthly subscription and departmental fees for which his Membership is accepted. Such person will continue to be a Special Member provided he shall not represent any other club or Gymkhana in that sport without the permission of the concerned department secretary.
